Wallkill Valley Federal Savings & Loan Welcomes Commercial Loan Officer, Domenic Baiocco
Domenic Baiocco joined Wallkill Valley Federal Savings & Loan last month as a Commercial Loan Officer. President and CEO of Wallkill Valley Federal Savings & Loan, Michael Horodyski stated “Domenic comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and contacts in both the Orange and Dutchess County markets. He’s going to be a great addition to our commercial banking team and will bring our community bank approach to business banking throughout the Hudson Valley. We are all very excited to have him on board.”
Domenic brings more than 15 years of banking experience to Wallkill Valley Federal Savings & Loan. He divided those years working within the corporate banking industry, at large regional banks as well as at local credit unions. In each environment, his focus has been on the commercial banking realm, specializing in commercial mortgages, lines of credit, and SBA financing. Domenic’s career has included relationship management as well as branch management. Domenic is excited to join the Wallkill Valley Federal Savings & Loan team remarking “I am excited to be working for a progressive lender who puts the community first. During my first month with the organization, I’ve been impressed by our CEO Michael Horodyski who joins me in the field to meet with business owners on their own turf.”
Before he began his banking career, Domenic proudly served our country. He is a veteran of the US Navy and served in Operation Desert Storm. His dedication to community is shown by the time he donates to a number of local organizations. He is a member of the Dutchess County Chamber of Commerce Business Education Committee, where he shares his expertise and training in business credit with members. He is also President of the Arc of Orange County Foundation Board and is a member of the Dutchess County Economic Development Corporation External Marketing Council. Orange County has been his home for 20 years; he is vested here and enjoys giving back.
