Lock it later program

With our Lock It Later Program, we will contribute $2,000.00 towards the refinance of your
Wallkill Valley Federal Savings and Loan Adjustable-Rate mortgage to a Fixed-Rate mortgage. 

Here are the eligibility requirements:

• You must have financed the purchase or refinance of your primary residence after 08/01/23 with one of our adjustable-rate mortgage programs.
• You can refinance with us at any time after 11/01/23 between 3 months and 36 months after your closing date.
• Subject to borrower and property meeting all underwriting guidelines at the time of the refinance.
